Finance & treasury

The Finance module centralizes the money coming in and out: treasury, banks, payments, expenses, refunds and financial documents.

Treasury overview

Finance → Treasury → Overview shows your liquidity: register and account balances, recent inflows and outflows.

Bank accounts and reconciliation

In Finance → Treasury → Bank Accounts, manage your accounts and their operations. The reconciliation feature lets you match the operations recorded in Nadigit IMS against those on your bank statement, to check they agree.

Payments

Payments (the Finance → Payments group) are split into two flows:

  • Sales Payments: settlements received from your customers.
  • Purchase Payments: settlements paid to your suppliers.

A payment can be allocated to one or more documents (invoices, purchases) to track precisely what remains due.

Transfer, check or BOE payments must be linked to a bank account: create it first in Bank Accounts. See Selling on credit and recording the payment and Recording a purchase and its receipt.

Expenses

Finance → Expenses records running costs (rent, supplies, services…). You can attach a receipt and classify each expense, which feeds your reports and treasury tracking.

Customer credit

If you grant deferred payment, the Finance → Treasury → Customer Credits Dashboard tracks outstanding balances, due dates and settlements. See the dedicated page Customers & credit.

Refunds and credits

  • Refunds: amounts returned to a customer (often following a return).
  • Purchase credits: amounts in your favor with a supplier (for example after a purchase return).

Financial documents

Finance → Financial Documents gathers the documents generated by your activity, to view and share them.

Access
