Release notes 3.2
Released 1 September 2026.
New
- Staff performance: a new report tracking your teams' indicators by role — cashiers, sales, warehouse — plus an activity view for the remaining roles. Cash variance, margin and collections, stock movements and batch discipline: every figure is compared with the previous period and with the team median. See Reports → Staff performance.
- Custom periods: alongside the 7 / 30 / 90-day shortcuts, the performance report accepts free start and end dates.
- Team ranking: optional and switchable, it appears only from three people in the same role upwards. Below that the comparison would mean nothing.
- CSV and Excel export of the performance report.
Improvements
- NadiPilot now has its own page in the user guide, separate from the dashboard: see NadiPilot.
- A new visual identity for NadiPilot: a dedicated logo, applied across the application and the documentation.
- Illustrated guided tour: the welcome tour steps now carry illustrations.
- New "Reports & performance" settings: ranking, cash variance tolerance, recalculation window and history retention.
Fixes
- Timezone applied at start-up: the working day is now computed with the configured timezone from the moment the server starts, not only after someone visits the settings screen. Figures near midnight can no longer be attributed to the wrong day.
- Installing over an existing database: the upgrade no longer stops when several customers share the same placeholder tax id (ICE / CIN). Per- organisation uniqueness is enforced where the data allows it; otherwise a warning invites you to de-duplicate.
- Assorted display and stability fixes.
Historical data
The performance report is built from a snapshot computed each night. After the upgrade, an administrator can request a recalculation of the history to have past periods available immediately.
