NadiPilot is the intelligent assistant built into Nadigit IMS. It reads your data — sales, stock, purchases, customers — and helps you decide: answering a question, explaining a figure, flagging what deserves your attention.

It does not replace your reports. It gets you to the right page faster, and surfaces what you would not have thought to look for.

Where to find it​

NadiPilot is available from the top bar, at any time and from any screen. The panel opens at the side, so your working screen stays visible during the conversation.

  • The panel is resizable: drag its left edge.
  • Your exchanges stay available for the working session.

Asking a question​

Write as you would speak to a colleague. A few examples:

  • "Which items have not sold in two months?"
  • "Why did my margin drop this month?"
  • "Which customers have overdue invoices?"
  • "How much stock is left in this category?"
The answer relies on the organization's forecasts and offers follow-up questions and a link to the forecast report.

Answers are built from your real data, not from generalities. When NadiPilot quotes a figure, it says where it comes from.

Analysis and recommendations​

Beyond one-off questions, NadiPilot produces analysis:

  • Assortment: what to promote, what to reinforce, what is weighing your stock down.
  • Slow-moving and dead stock: references that have stopped turning, with a recommended action (promote, return, discontinue).
  • Pricing leads: margin gaps per item, and the effect of a rise or a cut.
  • Seasonality: what the same period produced in previous seasons.
  • Basket: what sells together, so you can organise your promotions.

The briefing​

On opening, NadiPilot can present a briefing: what stands out right now (imminent stock-outs, late payments, unusual variances) without you having to ask.

On the Enterprise plan, NadiPilot can enrich its analysis with external market trends, placing your figures in their context rather than only against your own history.

The assistant must also be enabled and configured by an administrator (see Configuration).

Good practice​

  • Verify before acting on a committing decision. NadiPilot informs, it does not decide for you: cross-check against the matching report.
  • Be precise about the period. "This month" and "the last 30 days" do not give the same result.
  • One question at a time gives sharper answers than a question containing three.
