Reports

The Reports module turns your data into actionable insight. Reports are grouped by theme.

Example: the Sales summary report, filtered by period and shop.

Operational reports

ReportWhat it shows

Purchase summaryPurchases made over the period
Top selling itemsThe best-selling items
Inventory snapshotA photograph of stock levels

Financial analysis

ReportWhat it shows
Profit analysisMargin earned (sales ex-tax − cost of goods)
VAT declarationItems useful for the VAT return
Demand forecastingProjections of upcoming sales / stock
How margin is computed

Margin is the net goods sales ex-tax, minus the cost of goods sold. Tax and extra fees (delivery, surcharges) are excluded.

Credit & compliance

Credit reports track customer balances: who owes what, since when, and the upcoming due dates (see the outstanding balance aging report in Customers & credit).

Staff performance

The Staff performance report follows your teams' activity, role by role. Each person appears with their indicators for the period, the change against the previous period, and their position relative to their team's median.

GroupIndicators tracked
CashiersRegister sessions, sales taken, average basket, lines per basket, cash variances (count and amount), returns
SalesOrders created, revenue, margin, discounts granted, new customers, collections, overdue balances
WarehouseReceipts, stock movements, transfers, write-offs, count variances, batch discipline
Other rolesA general activity view (documents created, actions recorded)

Choosing the period

Three shortcuts — 7, 30 or 90 days — or free start and end dates for a period of your own (a financial year, a campaign, a trading month). Days are cut according to the timezone configured for your company.

Narrowing down and drilling in

The report filters by person, by shop and by warehouse. That is useful for reading a team site by site rather than as one block. Clicking a person opens their day-by-day activity curve over the period, which shows whether a gap comes from one isolated day or from a trend.

Ranking

When a role has at least three people, an optional ranking places each of them against the team. Below that threshold it is hidden: comparing two people adds nothing and can mislead. An administrator can switch ranking off entirely in the settings.

"Not available" is not "zero"

When a role group cannot be produced on your installation — point of sale disabled, module absent from your plan — the report says "Not available for this installation" explicitly, rather than showing zeros. The distinction is deliberate: in a performance report, a zero reads as "this person did nothing".

Likewise, if the period requested reaches back before per-employee tracking was in place, a warning flags that the figures may be incomplete.

What the report is not

The indicators describe activity, not professional worth. A warehouse operator handling few movements may have spent the week on a stock count. Read them as the start of a conversation, not as a grade.

Availability

Available from the Pro plan, reserved for administrators. Some indicators only appear when the matching module is active: transfers require the Business plan, register figures require the point of sale to be enabled.

Export

Most reports can be exported to share or process in a spreadsheet.

Access

Reports are reserved for administrators, accountants and auditors. See Navigation & roles.
