Documentation by role
Every Nadigit IMS user has one or more roles. The role decides which menus are visible. Choose yours to find the useful pages, in the order you will need them.
Administrator
Sets up the organization, manages users, treasury and reports.
Vendor
Sells at the counter and in the back office, follows customers and payments.
Warehouseman
Keeps the catalog and stock, receives purchases, transfers and corrects.
Cashier
Takes payments at the point of sale and runs the till for the day.
Accountant
VAT declaration, credit reports and financial documents.
Auditor
Reviews credit reports and financial documents.
Who sees what?
Menus visible to each role, as the application shows them.

The point of sale only appears when the module is enabled. A cashier with no other role sees only the point of sale and their profile. The auditor views without editing.
A user can hold several roles: they then see all of those roles' menus combined. Roles are assigned in System Settings → Users and permissions (see Creating a user).
