Each role has its own starting page in the documentation by role.

Note

A user can hold several roles depending on their responsibilities. Roles are assigned in System Settings → Users and permissions (administrators only).

The top bar

At the top right of the screen you'll find:

  • Notifications: the bell (low-stock alerts, batch expiries, reminders…).
  • Action reminders: tasks and reminders to handle.
  • NadiPilot: the intelligent assistant (see NadiPilot).
  • Switch organization: this selector appears only if more than one organization exists (Enterprise multi-company) and lets you switch between them.
  • Account menu (last icon): opens three options: My account (your profile page), Take a tour (relaunch the guided tour) and Logout.

Changing the display language

The interface language is set from your profile page (not from the top bar). It is stored in the browser: on another computer or browser, the interface starts in English until you choose your language again.

  1. Top right, open the account menu, then My account.
  2. Change your preferred language (French, English, Arabic or Spanish).
  3. Save: the interface immediately switches to the chosen language.
Don't confuse the two

The organization's default language (in the company settings) is a separate setting: it defines the language of generated documents (receipts, invoices, emails, notifications), not your interface language. See Configuration.
