Licences and plans

Nadigit IMS runs on a subscription plan (licence). The active plan determines which features are available and certain limits (number of users, warehouses, shops).

When you try to use a feature your plan does not include, the application tells you rather than failing silently.

The four plans

PlanIn one line
StarterThe essentials, on a single site
ProThe advanced operational toolkit
BusinessPro's power, at unlimited scale
EnterpriseTax rules, backups, full scale
Plan names

Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise are not translated: they are identical in every language of the application and of this documentation.

Scale limits

Shops11unlimitedunlimited

These limits apply to creation: reaching the cap prevents adding one more, and never removes what already exists.

What each plan brings

Starter

The core catalogue, sales and purchasing, on a single warehouse, a single shop and with one user account.

Pro

Adds the substance of day-to-day operations:

  • Team: up to 5 users.
  • Catalogue and stock: item import, barcode management, write-offs, batch and expiry tracking, soft stock reservations.
  • Commercial and finance: pricing, purchase import, purchase returns, sales returns, purchase credits, refunds, bank accounts, financial documents, customer credits, cash-to-bank transfers.
  • Steering: reports and analytics (including staff performance).
  • NadiPilot: the assistant, assisted forecasting and AI invoice enhancement. See NadiPilot.
  • Notifications: Telegram and WhatsApp channels.

Business

Everything in Pro, without the scale caps:

  • Unlimited users, warehouses and shops.
  • Warehouse transfers: move stock from one site to another.

Enterprise

Everything in Business, plus what structured organisations need:

  • VAT rules: the tax rule engine, beyond a single global rate. See Configuration.
  • System backups: backup and restore driven from the application.
  • Market trends: NadiPilot grounds its suggestions on live, sourced web data.
  • E-commerce sync: connect an online storefront. See E-commerce integration.
  • Multi-organization: several companies inside one instance.

Multi-organization (Enterprise)

The Enterprise plan allows several organizations inside one instance, with data partitioned per organization. A switcher then appears in the top bar to move between them. It stays hidden as long as only one organization exists.

Changing plan

  • Upgrading: the additional features become available immediately.
  • Downgrading: before you go down a plan, the application can show you an impact preview (features that will be disabled, data beyond the new limits) so there are no surprises.
